😔 if anyone has any advice for me, I would gladly appreciate it

Hi. Saw your post and needed to reply. I’ve had pain for a long time as well. Started getting the itchiness on my arms and around my neck and shoulders about six months ago went to the doctor and they told me that it’s probably just dry skin moisturize your arms. The inflammation and the pain of that is bad plus I get sharp pain like I’m being poked by several needles at once in my shoulders. I also have the aches and pain in my neck and shoulders.
My neck and shoulders hurt all the time, especially when I sleep. I can’t get comfortable in bed. I’m gonna try changing my pillows and see if that works. But with my luck, probably not. I looked this problem up when I looked up fibromyalgia, and it said that this itchiness is called neuropathic itching. A friend of mine has that as well. It’s very annoying and painful.

Yes, terrible all over my body at times. My head too. I feel like bugs are crawling on me. Haven't found a solution though I find being in air conditioning helps. Wish I had a better solution for all of us!
