Members connected over the fear and unpredictability of fibromyalgia symptoms, particularly the frightening electrical pains and zaps that can strike without warning in various parts of the body. Several members shared coping strategies including accepting the pain while staying vigilant about new symptoms, not letting fear lead to paralysis, turning to faith and positive visualization like imagining peaceful waterfalls, and exploring potential underlying causes such as mold toxicity. A recurring theme was the loneliness and worry of living alone with an unpredictable condition, balanced by the community's encouragement to stay strong, curious rather than fearful, and connected to others who truly understand.

I would have 2 agree Karen
I currently live with a house mate but there maybe be a time when I live alone and that would be so scary with the disease.
I hope you are okay? 🙃

My experience is years of electrical buzzing and violent jerking.very painful. I wish i could throw a braker switch for reset.
I was very recently tested for mold toxicity. Electrical issues in the body are a common problem with mold toxicity in the brain. I tested 350% higher than normal for mold in the body. I am told that after I finish mold detox, it should cease.
