Does anyone else have their muscles contract randomly as if you've been exercising. It feels hard/stiff which causes me a lot of pain.

Yeah. Among other muscle problems. From them being beyond tight and/or knots thats needing muscle relaxers to sometimes weakness to also everything and anything in between.
