For years I was prescribed a low dose antipsychotic. I now take L theanine, works better and no side effects.

I have irritable leg syndrome and it used to get really bad but it has calmed down a lot now. I pray a lot and my doctor put me on something that does help. I take a lot of epsom salt baths a lot.

Thanks you everyone for this. I’ll see what’s available in the UK. It’s got a little better today. Think some of it was brought on by my anxiety about travelling abroad for the first time in a few years.

My neurologist prescribed Gabapentin for my tremors…I have essential tremors in my hands.
