They also affect my eyes. Light also pulsates. Anyone else?

Nothing helps. I even had sinus surgery. It is there when I get up in the morning and there when I go to bed. I have inhalers and sprays. Nothing helps. Just like we all do I try to ignore the pain. Have seen numerous doctors with no help. Thanks for all the hugs!

Those are no fun. I get them too. Photophobia is a huge symptom of migraines. I get that. If it's moved to pulsating, you should call an ambulance to go to hospital
Don't attempt under any circumstances to drive yourself. Hospital will be able to treat you.
Sending gentle hugs 🫂

Those are the worst!! So sorry. 💛

Any idea what might trigger them?

During really bad migraines my pupil will pulse also, and my head creaks. Do you have any rescue meds?
