I use a heating pad to help. Enjoy a warm beverage to stay calm with and exercise a little each day or every other day to help ease the muscle cramps and fibro related pain.

I was having quite a shitastic day. And as all of the things I listed were 100% true, if you didn't know me, my attitude etc- it would read pretty sucky
