I use Better Help, which doesn’t accept insurance. There are so many different platforms these days- there is probably a more cost effective one. 🙃
Therapy helped me immeasurably when I was really struggling with high anxiety. I still have anxiety, I can’t remember not having it. But now I have a whole lot of tools to cope with it.
But it doesn’t have to be therapy. Talking to someone you believe you can trust with your story and your heart. People in this community!!
Or journaling. Whatever you got to do to get it on the outside.
Also, if you don’t know what your vitamin levels are that can be a big factor too. Iron and Vitamin D, probably a bunch of others, can create a lot of anxiety too.
Once I got mine adjusted it made a huge difference.
I hope that you can find a source, whether it be physical or mental or both. And find what works for you 💛
Oh, yeah, cross stitching is definitely soothing.
All good answers!!
Being in nature, under a tree, or watching waves hit the shore or at the river and just watching the rapids snatching into each other.
Look up crafts on Amazon. I found a very small x stitch to do….
Favorite is listen to music in cozy clothes with a cup of tea….decaf….
I’m in therapy for the anxiety. Insomnia I haven’t quite figured out.
There's a specific kind of Cognitive Behavior Therapy for insomnia called CBT-I and I have seen workbooks for it. 💙
