I just need someone to guide me a little bit. I tried water physical therapy but I don't know if it was the therapists or what but they had me doing waaaay too much and seemed to have too many patients at one time.

I have couple articles explaining decent stretches and/or very light yoga-ish type things but I think I'd maybe do it more if I had a video or something to go along with it

There actually are several muscle strengthening exercises that can be done laying in bed. I went for physical therapy a few years ago and he worked with me on them. As he pointed out you need to build up strength in muscles before you try to build up muscles. Most insurance will pay for physical therapy. If that's not an option let me know and I will share what I know.

And I will pick your brain soon, Elephantcat!

I tried water physical therapy.
Some things i liked about it , but overall I had to stop.
I was suppose to go 2-3 times a week but I could only mange 1x a week because I felt o beyond beat up etc and took me that long to bounce back.
I'm pretty sure my therapists must've confused my file with someone else's , ha!
