Just want to add that a very well respected chiropractor told me once to try to take the least amount of drugs possible. That is the wisest thing to do for one's body but one has to outweigh the risk with the benefits. Everything has to go through the liver. Also, if you can't exercise much because of the leg issues , just going outside and being with nature and breathing helps a lot. Just slowly breathing in good air and also the Sun may help , @cherlyschoice1

Keep moving. Do all you can to get good quality sleep, eat right, try to avoid food sensitivity foods.I do Yin Yoga and qigong and walk as much as I can. Vitamin B complex helps me as well. I highly recommend reading the fibro manual. Excellent book.

I tried Adderall once and all it did was make me constipated and it did not help with any energy or Focus and I don't remember what else but I did not like it ..
apparently and unfortunately my body does not like most drugs. I only take Tramadol if I absolutely have to have something for the agonizing stabbing pain in my hip. And I only take a half a pill because later I notice I have a breathing issue. There's always a side effect for me

Exercise. Seriously, some days I feel like I'm dragging around a 40 lb coat that has spikes facing inward and randomly decides to electrocute me. My head in a vice, my feet walking on glass, all I desire is to roll up in a heating blanket and climb in my recliner. BUT if I take the time and effort to just do 15-20 minutes of my favorite movements, I find that my energy has slightly increased. My mood has slightly lifted and my joints hurt less.

I actually hate exercising. I spend the whole time thinking of all of the other things I can be doing. But after 45 years of fighting FMS, 50 years of spinal pain, and 60 years of migraines, I have learned sitting around only makes it worse.

I go through phases of "favorite" exercises. I think it's because of the boredom so I need new ones to inspire me. I found "Senior Fitness by Meredith" to be wonderful (and free), so I signed up for her emails. Recently she had a fun ballet "Pilates" class. Simple moves standing at the kitchen counter and it's my "go to" for energy infusion now. I also love Tia Chi, but lately with vertigo bothering me, holding in to the cabinet is needed. Dancing in the kitchen while I cook energizes me too. I have a regular morning ritual of PT exercises (40mins), and after breakfast I try to switch off rubber band or weighrs exercises between arms and legs every other day (approximately depending on Dr appointments).

I also take L-threonate magnesium for migraines and found that it has a little lift too. (Well, at least I've learned it gives me too much energy to sleep afterwards so now I take it at AM).

Have y'all been tested for D3 deficiencies? Or iron deficiencies? I recently was diagnosed with anemia and it has made me really tired. Apparently I have SIBO and IMO which caused vitamin deficiencies among many other things.

I walk and keep busy. I'm always doing something even in pain because I am in pain doing nothing . I can't waste the time laying around. It's been at its worst the past months but I lve also gone nonStop doing house spring cleaning and redid our front , back and side yard totally relandscaped it. With my husband's help but I do more cause I'm younger than him and just do it faster.. he is 78 and I'm 72 . We both have fibro. Just different manifesting of symptoms. Mine is worse but he has neuropathy which is bad. But he just walked 9 miles today... Tomorrow I'm starting back to. My exercise routine. He takes gabapentin and I don't. I just need for this to settle down so everyday it's not something.. 💝
