I can't get motivated and then I say to myself okay that's enough even if I only do one thing on my extra to do list I am happy and feel like I accomplished something . hugs Evelyn

I have always been a go getter my entire life. Would NOT listen to my body and did the absolute most I could in one day. Then I got sick. After 10 years of continuing to do the absolute most through the pain and constant illness, I lost my job and have had just over a year off. I can’t afford not to work. Yet I can not find ANY motivation to do anything besides walk my dogs on most days. I have zero will to do anything but relax.
