I had burning in my face for years & them I discovered that if a fan or a vent indoors or in the car blew on my face when the A/C was on I would burn for hours afterwards. When I stayed away from fans & A/C vents indoors & in the car, I didn't have the problem anymore. Try turning the vents away from your face when you're in the car & try to avoid them indoors the best you can. I've learned to ask to sit somewhere else when I'm indoors in the summer. Overhead fans & vents can also give you a bad headache--the scalp muscles spam & get tight. Good luck!
