If you’re open to using natural products/supplements, I take Serrapeptase in the morning on an empty stomach to keep my sinuses clear.

Yes. I have asthma and multiple allergies. Many sinus infections and antibiotics. See an ENT. I have used with good success the following to avoid sinus infections:
Neil Med Sinus rinse
Flonase

Thanks for the info. I too had the surgery. I have not tried the dairy removal for a long time. I might try that.

Yes, currently on antibiotics again. I found if I catch it early enough it's better. But then it's getting an appointment, I'm waiting for surgery as apparently my nasal passage is very narrow but I'm unsure if I want this now after hearing stories from others. My ent consultant told me not to use steroid nasal sprays as they weren't working and no point putting steroids into my body when they do nothing.
