Yes but I have a movement disorder and its gotten worse with time. So I do see a neurologist and I have to walk, walk , walk so at Christmas my husband bought me a treadmill. If I don't walk I can't move at all so exercising my left and arms I need to. With a movement disorder there main goal is to keep you away from a wheelchair.

Evelyn, I just talked to a friend that had spinal stenosis and she told me that the doctors told her that she wouldn't be able to walk if she didn't have surgery. So, it could be the stenosis that is causing the problem with your legs. Do you have a doctor you see for the stenosis? I would talk to him. Sending you love and hugs...
My legs are my #1 pain spot with my fibromyalgia. What I have found relief with are compression cuffs I’ve purchased from Amazon, and also a tens unit. I actually have two tens units that I will use simultaneously on each leg every morning with a heated blanket on top of it and really helps me a lot.
This one is amazing…

I so agree about doctors being dumb. I was in the icu for 11 days and a fruebd had to tell them why my breathing was bad After they did what she told them, my need for oxygen wenr from 100% down to 3%! And they never treated my very high blood sugars.
