I had a bad experience with yoga. The yoga teacher was suppose to know about fibro & said it would be safe for me. I ended up with deep tissue damage in my neck & shoulder. Took months to heal. Then a yoga teacher came to the support group I was in & I sat in a chair & didn't participate. Our support group leader said I was smart to do so ,because the others that did were in agony the next day. I'm just saying that you should consult with a good teacher who understands fibro before you try yoga on your own. It does help some people with fibro, but I would get some facts before you start. The yoga teacher who came to our group ended up apologizing for not really understanding fibro & was going to work on a new program just for fibro people. I hope this info helps. Take care.

Be careful and ease into those. I had a bad flareup from doing those. Try walking around you house first, then outside. Helps for weighcontol.Eatsoups for lunch and before dinner

Yes ❤️ perhaps physio therapy first to learn the exercises.

Yes I'm totally recovered except for the lump on my head. It's shrunken but still there.

I have huge wait time for the 3 books I'm waiting for. 2 are apparently apocalyptic. If they're about people generally cooperating and sharing their skills I'll keep them. If everyone is fighting I'll return them quickly without finishing them.

Recently I finished "Diamond Eyes". about a female Russian sniper who eventually becomes a friend of Eleanore Roosevelt. It's a historical novel based on real people. Not my usual choice, but very interesting.
