Last time I went, I told her I needed to take something before my pelvic. She offered me either a Xanax or a codeine. I said the codeine ,because it’s for pain not anxiety. Good luck!🤗

Be sure to inform the gyno you have fibro explain to them your in pain and anything can cause more pain , I had to go to a specialist to have a tooth pulled , I told them I have fibromyalgia but they didn’t even really acknowledge that . So be specific and tell them that they need to perform what ever there doing slow and gentle. Good luck best of wishes hope you make it through your appointment.
