Raining here in Ottawa today along with tempatures dipping in the evening makes for a miserable fibrolad day 😞 my legs ache along with every other muscle.

Doing ok I always start my day with PMA......positive mental attitude as much as I can. I even have it written in several places as a reminder.

Raining here in Ontario California. It does make it a good excuse for me to sleep and get rest but I am sick so I am supposed to do that. Head cold and Bladder and UTI. and major spasms going on I haven't been this sick since I had Covid
