I also take prescriptions for blood pressure and a few other things. My pharmacist got me tapered off effexor and now I take Celexa but vertigo is back.😪

Yes try putting electrolytes in water. I drink propel twice a day no sugar to help that. Blood pressure meds sometimes will make people dizzy

Ida It could be the Tylenol and Naproxen that is causing the dizziness.
Your blood pressure is compromised perhaps. A chat with the pharmacist may help.
