Yeah, good idea Victoria.
Also, Gail, is there any correlation to when you take meds and when you feel sleepy?
I've stopped taking several meds because they made me feel worse than what they were supposed to treat!
I don't know if you'll find any reason or if it's just fibro but I do hope you feel better. πŸ’œ

Oh my gosh! YES, that sounds like the very definition of fibro πŸ₯΄ LOL
Gail, I remember years ago, my hubby asking why I'd start doing housework after dinner, and I told him it was so I didn't fall asleep on the couch watching TV or reading πŸ˜‰
Maybe someone else has a good answer for you. 😘

For me it is, plus osteoarthritis .🩷
Maybe you could try going to sleep at 830when you’re sleepy, and see if that works
