I found Tiger Balm to be very good and a good strong CBD salve.
Had some that was homemade.
I can't recall what I used several years ago that was a roll on. That stuff was great!

I buy my Salon Pas patches at Walmart over the counter in the Pharmacy Department. I have a lot of upper & lower back pain & I will put 4 or 5 patches on if I am attempting to go clothes shopping or out to lunch or dinner. I’ve seen them in larger sizes now too. They don’t “burn” me, it’s more of a mentholated tingle. I have used them for over 10 years & they do give relief. I also have to resort to Trammadol or codine at times. My PCP does not prescribe those drugs but referred me to a pain clinic.

I have them here after ordering them. I have used them and feel they do help for awhile, but not as strong as I would like but since they are over the counter I think I would need a prescription for something stronger.

Have used two roll ons one is biofreeze which is soothing. The other one is icy Hot which is stronger but sometimes it does burn.
