Hello Sherry it’s because your being active fibromyalgia is doing what it’s supposed to do unfortunately sometimes it’s I can really get upset knowing it’s no cure for us yet hopefully one day it will be better pain free days are ahead take it easy Grace be unto you
I would imagine that this new job has you moving around a lot more than you have been used to, including lifting children. You're probably also, sitting on the floor, squatting, bending over often, and more. It's also a job that takes a lot of focus, attention, and care. All of this would equal increased pain for so many of us; you're not alone. Congratulations on your new job! Please take good care of yourself, up your self-care, and be proud of all the hard work you are doing. 💓
An added note…”Nothing lasts forever, not even your troubles “
Hi Sherry…it’s all of the above…to top it off, these are little guys who are pretty active. My guess is that you don’t feel too bad while you’re there, but after the endorphins wear off on the way home, that the pain and fatigue become overpowering again. Fibro is a beast!
Congratulations on your new job. Listen to what your body tells you. It changes day to day. Gentle hugs 🤗
