Members jumped in with creative, budget-friendly birthday gift ideas for someone with fibromyalgia who wanted to be mindful of costs. Several members suggested practical comfort items like a soft throw blanket, an electric heating pad, reusable ice packs, copper-infused leggings, and CBD cream, while others recommended the gift of helpful services like having a spouse clean the bathroom or take over household chores. A recurring theme was that thoughtful, pain-relieving gifts and acts of care mean the most when living with fibromyalgia.

I have a similar problem....My anniversary is Feb. 1 and my birthday is Feb. 2 and we will be in Maui. I guess I will ask for a lomi lomi massage. I have the heating pad, etc. Or, maybe just wait and he can buy me something I like when we are over there.

My hubby bought me some "good" reusable ice packs for my BD last year; an electric heating pad for Christmas. (Is that a theme??) And I often use both at the same time. 🤣
🥶🥵🥶🥵 A few years ago my son bought me some CBD cream. So I guess the theme is all pain relief. 🥴
Years back, they washed, waxed and vacuumed my car. 😁 That was nice. I do believe it's the thought that counts 🤗
Maybe he could clean the bathroom? Lol Love,
Deb 😘
