Loneliness.
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

For what ever reason, if you're lonely as heck, it'd be nice to hear from you.
As per Britney, "this loneliness, its killing me"
How are you today? x

Loneliness is the biggest issue with person with chronic pain and other health problems. You lose yourself and confidence. Your old self is gone and you try to adjust to your new life and body.

My motto is find what makes you happy and stay in touch with people who cares and look after your mental health. Seek help and support.
