Are These Fibro Symptoms

I have been have stomach/ pelvic pain started for the past few months and for the past month lower back pain. The stabbing pain is bad in my back and wakes me up. The stomach pain is sharp and stabbing. I have also started having nausea and diarrhea in the past week . Hard to know if its urgent when you have Fibromyalgua

I’ve had this pains before and had ultrasounds even done, but they did not see anything. I believe they were fibromyalgia symptoms. In any case, please check with your doctor so that you could be sure.

I can totally relate, I get these symptoms and put it down to my IBS flaring up. Which is quite often as Iam terrible for eating chocolate which flares me up🫣 along with cheese😋 my two favourite things! 🙃 sending my love 💗
