Ok will give it a try thank u. It’s just breathtaking… if u lean forward or backward the pain is awful. Feels as though I’ve been beaten up in chest!

I've been getting it more and more frequently as I age, and as Victoria states, it can take at least a month to heal. If you cough a lot, it make take longer. I find if I do the myofascial pain exercises religiously, I can decrease the frequency of the costochondritis. 💜
