I get brain fog when I am over stimulated, stressed or have too much on my plate. It helps to slow down or break things into smaller tasks, or at times, set boundaries and just stop.

I notice brain fog more than any other issue for fibro. A long time ago, 10yrs +/-, I thought I was getting demensia. Went to 2 docs and was told I had White Matter disease of the brain. Sounded like a joke to me so I figured I was crazy and nothing is wrong with me. HA HA
