On my iPad I clicked on the = top left corner, pick My Team Activity, and you see some friends posts on there. Merry Christmas to you and your family. I hope you are well and with minimal pain so you can enjoy your holidays.

I hope this helps: from a laptop so not sure if it's the same on a phone or tablet: Look in the upper right hand corner of MFT. Do you see a little bell icon? Click on that. You should see a menu for "my updates" and "all updates". If you click on both, you might get a better look at responses and posts.
Another general suggestion: Look up at the left upper corner of MFT. See that little circle that kind of looks as though two people are inside it? Click on that. It will bring you to all updates and my team's updates. Click on your team updates and scroll and you'll see recent posts and updates from the people on your team.
Neither way works perfectly; I miss replies despite my best efforts.
