Inclusive Movement - they have demonstrations of exercises on Youtube, showing very gentle stretches from a seated position in a chair, or standing by a wall. I think it can be good to start very slowly but be as consistent as possible rather than diving into a more challenging program. <3

I mostly swim, do yoga or stationary bike. Just started weights - 8 lbs max dumbells. Do not do 2 days in row with weights. I am paying for it now...

With each decade it gets harder for me. I used to swim and walk a lot. Now at 70, it’s shorter walks and shopping. Gentle stretching.

I use resistant bands and light weights. I only do every other day. Nothing over 10 lbs.
