Anyone Else Get Really Cold All Of A Sudden (while Other People In The Room Are Ok)?
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

I’ve been getting so cold randomly. My feet and fingers, plus my back. It doesn’t matter that I’m wearing winter clothes plus warm socks. Is this part of FM?

Yes ! My hands feet and nose are always freezing. My hands feel like icicles. I live in Florida and it's never cold here.
I don't know if it's Raynauds or just from all my vitamin deficiencies. I drink tea all day long.
