A sore arm the first night made sleeping difficult but a couple of days are needed to rest and recover. Make some meals ahead of your vaccine to make things easier.

I have had five vaccines since they rolled out in Australia no reaction to the first 4 Pfizer vax but the last one I had was Moderna and reacted badly with severe joint pain for 3 weeks. I am unsure if it was the double vax of influenza combined with Moderna at same time or just the Moderna but I won’t be risking it again

Surprisingly I had no reactions what so ever!
