Linda, I was so sick. I could not remember to take my meds as normal yesterday, My Cymbalta. Everything came back. I could not even bear almost any texture of my clothes, I thought how can people live when no medicine words. The whole body trembling. I thought this was it. It was living hell. Boy, this illness/ condition gets its grip on you. When I finally remembered to take my Cymbalta, it was around 9 pm. Within a half hour it started working. Almost back to normal. Just completely resting, except some exercise and making smoothies. I cannot express how much your comment meant.

Yes, I always get the Moderna, but this years reformulation for the new variants hit me pretty hard and I thought I had frozen shoulder for about 24-36 hours. Ice it and keep it moving, it makes a difference. The rest is just flu like symptoms which we usually feel anyway.
