I get "fibro headaches" nearly every day, usually waking me between 4:00-6:00 in the morning. Wondering if anyone has identified triggers and, any good treatments? Concerned they might be caused by medications used to treat fibro! Thanks for any input. ❤️ Deb

Members responded warmly to a question about near-daily fibro headaches, sharing a wide range of possible triggers including stress, MSG, poor hydration, neck arthritis, TMJ, weather changes, and certain medications. Several members shared helpful strategies such as AIMOVIG or Botox injections for migraines, staying well-hydrated, trying ginger, peppermint, or cloves, switching pillows, and seeing a neurologist to sort out different headache types. A recurring theme was how tricky it can be to pinpoint causes when so many conditions overlap, but members encouraged each other to keep advocating for answers.

I got headaches from the paracetamol i took for my bodypain. Aftrr i stopprd the headaches stopped. I also think you get less headaches if you have a good pillow at night. Bulky pillows gibe pain in the neck and headaches. I hope you will find a solution for your pain.

Thank you Lori, Victoria and Kimberly ❤️
Now that I use AIMOVIG injections once a month, I almost never get migraines anymore. Whew! Victoria, they were actually worse before we moved here. I think that the humidity, maybe mildew made it worse. Plus, the sunshine here helps. 😉 I'm careful about what I eat, mostly fresh veggies, some fresh fruit, lean protein. Don't eat packaged foods or sauces for the reason you mentioned! Also really try 😖 to avoid sugar and gluten (2 of my favorite things!)
Other than the fibro stuff, my stress is really low... I know how fortunate I am there!!!
I appreciate your responses, hope to find an answer. 🤞Maybe I'm just allergic to Bill? 🤔 Don't think my allergy med helps that. Take care all of you lovely warriors. Love, Deb 😘

Oh honey, I sure hope it helps ❤️
Sometimes we just feel so helpless with so many different things going on, and either no answers, incomplete answers or wrong answers... I know it's hard for them to figure us out! Lol
Let us know if it helps. I do know that L4-5 and L5-S1 are the most common areas for problems. ☹️ Good luck 🤞
Love,
Deb 😘

Hope you have a great time at the wedding and survive the houseful of inlaws😘
Smart not to start a new med right before big events when you don't know how you might react. Take care dear💖
