I don't get bruises but I am definitely sore to touch, especially firm touch like hugs.

There are two spots on our calves that are called Fibro Spots. Front of the calf on the inside under the knee. I usually have a bruise there and it's always sore. The second is on the back of the calve on the outside sometimes it'll bruise. I have one on my stomach that shows up and I have a couple on my arms. Otherwise, my back and butt always feel like they are bruised. A naturopath told me to take natural vitamin C with Rosehips. The Vit C helps us and the rose hips help strengthen the vein walls so if we do bump into something we are less likely to bruise.

I never thought of that but would explain my unexplained bruises that pop up.

Yes I find that I bruise easily and am always finding bruises on myself especially on my legs and arms but can find them all over. I even find my fingers (on palm side) bruise.
