OOOO that is a good question and I don't have an answer I'm 60 and I have same thing Fibro and OA and each year over the last ten years seems worst than the year before.😑which makes it hard mentally. But coming here and venting to people who truly understand and going thru the same thing helps.

My worst flare was during menopause. Since then it has tapered off considerably. I don't know if it's because I have learned how to deal with the individual symptoms or because menopause amplified all the symptoms and added hot flashes.

Seemingly av had it for a few years and put it down to my fibromyalgia but took a few test and came back menopause i feel like i dont even no who i am never mined how to think av a review coming up for my patches to be changed and a tablet to be add in my pain just been so much worse with it all lovely to hear from you vicchang xxx
