I normally have to push my self atleast once a month just to get caught up then pay for it for 4 or 5 days
I used to do this all the time. However, COVID and being a long hauler now has halted all my ideals of life. I need 10 12 hours of sleep. I can do 4 hours of work a day plus I have to actually work because you know disability doesn't pay well. I kind of sucks but I just get through it. Can't push myself with disrupts my entire entity. Also on top of everything else and I can't really read stuff anymore because it hurts so bad to look at blue light that I use speak spell in speech to text and it really confuses me when I don't know what's going on for the most part.ugh
I am on disability too and no it doesn't pay enough for me to stay home. I know what you mean about the lights hurting your eyes. I have the same problem. My eyes hurt so bad sometimes that I just have to close them and rest them for a few and then I flood them with Systane eye drops. You can get them at any drug store. I will pray for you my friend.
How do you get into an exercise routine again?
