If cold affects it you might have Renaud's syndrome. Mine was caused by severe frostbite in the 80s. It affects my hands more than my feet.

It started out with my big toes and now it's gone to all of my toes. I had a neuropathy test done. It was negative. I had a complete blood work up. That was all okay.

Big toe? I have too. My Dr automatically said gout. I don't believe her. The pain comes and goes but really hurts.
