If I sit more than thirty minutes I feel crippled trying to stand. I will ask my physical therapist if she could show me if there is something I can do before I stand to alleviate the excruciating pain. I will share what I learn

I have pain n in my butt that feels like someone is driving a nail in it. Pain runs down my leg. Hurts so bad I cry.

I have pains like that but I assumed it was from my hip that needs replacing. I have been told that it could be the paraformis muscle.

Does it get worse when you bend over. I was diagnosed with crepitus it’s a type of arthritis. It makes a lot of clunking sound. I got it after I fell. I use ice and heat
