Especially in the morning or afternoons, my feet kill, every step I take I can feel shooting pain the back of my ankles

For me it’s more the front of my ankles. But same, morning and afternoon and then evening excruciating pain. Every step. I use orthotics in shoes but doesn’t help. Ankles feel to weak and painful for heels. It just sucks.

I get that with flat shoes. A bit of a heel works better for me.
