My arms and legs and hands and feet are always feeling like they are squeezing or throbbing and I wonder if anyone else feels that too and what they do about it
I have it all the time too!! Some people here describe it as vibrating! Nothing I have tried seems to help unfortunately!

Myah its something i get often and my thighs feel like someone is pushing their fist into them..i try and do some gentle stretchers, this can ease it slightly...

Yes I do , a lot. I take Tylenol CBD and use a infrared heat pad. There’s no cure but sometimes these can help some
