Hi Missa, yes I do. And trouble swallowing. Worse when at the dentist. Lots of water and meditating focusing on relaxing the throat helps some for me. ❤️

I have dysphagia - constant throat clearing, choking on my own saliva and painful to speak at its worse . They said stress initially but I’m seeing more and more Fibro warriors with it too. I take diazapam when it’s bad and it helps
