like we're all at the same level of pain? I do applaud you guys that are able continue to work. Wish I could. I feel though that sometimes folks minimize what we go through.
Norman, and others, who've had this happen to them. So sorry for peoples' ignorance and lack of empathy.
Personally, I've had people ask me, "How do you do it all, with you not able to work." I tell
them this..."For one thing, I come from very strong people. For another, there are days I suffer terribly, I just don't
whine or cry publicly. "
And lastly this ..."You obviously know little to nothing about Fibromyalgia, or you wouldn't make a comment like that."🤨
That usually shuts them up, and soon, others don't bother you with stupid questions.😉
It works for me.👍🏻
If I weren't a nice person, I might do as Dorothy, in the gif.

Nobody ever said that to me but yes it would disturb me. Sounds like someone who doesn't understand the disease and its variables. I'm sorry so many of us have to endure the disease, as well as the hurtful language and disbelief that goes along with it. . . .Stigma.
Agree 100% 👍
After suffering for decades, and nosy people asking silly questions, without wanting to know Facts, my
answers have basically solved that problem.😏
People have no idea what some of us go thru. They have no idea how there are stages to this condition
Until they go through it they'll never understand it!
