like we're all at the same level of pain? I do applaud you guys that are able continue to work. Wish I could. I feel though that sometimes folks minimize what we go through.

Nobody ever said that to me but yes it would disturb me. Sounds like someone who doesn't understand the disease and its variables. I'm sorry so many of us have to endure the disease, as well as the hurtful language and disbelief that goes along with it. . . .Stigma.

People have no idea what some of us go thru. They have no idea how there are stages to this condition

all I know is be compassionate to yourself, and everybody’s different. Nobody is the same and don’t compare yourself to nobody be compassionate and understanding for yourself. We are all unique when it comes to Fybromyalgia none of us are exactly the same.
