Im always doing that. Its very embarrassing. Feels nasty and have been doing this for years. Dr says im on too much to take anything for it and shes rite bout that but im trying some natural stuff from wal mart. We'll see!

I do. My 43 year old daughter has had them terribly since her 20s. I break a sweat after eating and when I'm anxious. It's so embarrassing. I keep moist towelettes in my fanny pack when I'm in public. I hope it gets better for you!
