3 of the 6 discs in my neck are degenerated. Much pain if I move my head too far to the left or right. A neurologist told me not to see a chiropractor. I plump my pillow so that it supports my neck. You might try plumping yours.

I have a spot on the right side of my neck that gives me issues. Have been told it could be a swollen lymph node...? It's just one area just below my jaw. It will randomly hurt so it's been hard to pinpoint what triggers it. I've had other lymph nodes hurt too. Mostly around my armpits and my right groin. I've been trying to find out more if fibro and lymph node issues are related.
