Yes, somewhat for several years when I had 5 exercise classes a week. 3 were aqua therapy classes and 2 were stretch and tone. I added chair yoga for a couple of months as well.

Then everything was closed with Covid. After things opened up again my husband was on chemotherapy and was immune compromised, so we hunkered down.

My fibromyalgia and other diseases increased in intensity while I wasn't able to go to exercise classes.

I just got back to aqua therapy and the pool was shut down for annual maintenance. It opens again in August.

I plan to return to aqua therapy next month. I'll delay stretching classes until cooler weather because the air conditioning sets off flares. It's not ambient like at home, but strong wind directly pushing cold air at me.

Something always hurts a little. But in a flare it is 100 times worse. And last and last.

Yes i have a few times. Sometimes it can give you a break, i think depending on eating habits, exercise and environment. When it comes back, it seems to make up for lost time lol. It comes back with a vengeance. Hang in there.
