My NUCCA (National Upper Cervical Association) chiropractic doctor explained to me at my appointment today that the high stress/tension I experienced in much of my life caused an ongoing fight or flight response that resulted in continued high levels no of cortisol in my system from my adrenal glands. You probably need to try and analyze the results of any blood work they did and research treatments for adrenal cysts. Sometimes doctors like to take "a wait and see" attitude.

Have you tried any supplements?
My chiropractor has recommended Ashwaghanda and Holy Basil. I have just started taking these. Also trying to work more closely with my circadian rhythms. No tv or screen time after sunset and sunlight first thing in the morning. I have to be more diligent about this!
