Mine was my tonsils a few months ago, and COVID this time. In the past I have been told that nothing is wrong. Please try not to take it personally and keep advocating for yourself. I found a very good Chinese supplement that has been around for decades, recommended by the owner of the market here. It really helps calm down the swelling and pain.

Clove oil, diluted with grapeseed oil and placed on my swollen glands helps them to recede. Sometimes my throat is sore and it feels like muscle tightness, so I use ice and stretch and then apply a warm compress. I hope you find relief soon!
