Yes, i go to the bathroom to pee (had a bladder sling several years ago, fixed!😉), and 9 times out of 10 i have something that leaked on the tissue. Its frustrating. 🫣

I have IBS and sometimes I don't make it to the bathroom before it comes. I have more trouble with urine leaking when I cough.

Yes, sometimes my bowels totally let go. It happened again yesterday. I stood up and everything let go. I dashed for the bathroom. What a mess. It has happened quite a few times. I also have IBS. Sometimes I get a mucus leaking out too. Sometimes it’s hard little pieces, like rabbit poop, that slip out.
I’m wondering if I should wear Depends. It isn’t constant though. But I don’t know when it is going to happen.
I’ve had my bowels scoped by a gastroenterologist- all is fine. He says it’s definitely a result of the fibromyalgia.

. I also had a bladder sling a few years ago that really helped. But I do have IC so that does cause this a bit.
