I work every day trying to feel better. It’s a full time job. Anti inflammatory diet, yin yoga, meditation, therapist, pain manager, I’m better. Not great. I’m thinking of replacing hydrocodone and lorazepam with medical marijuana hoping to eliminate side effects of those drugs. Anyone have experience with it?
I use numerious different herbals over pharmaceutical. Wild lettuce is great more native to america than uk tho 😪
Been using CBD for over 10 years before it became a fad. And use weed every night to help me sleep
Thank you so much for this information. I’ve been taking lorazepam and hydrocodone for too long. Medical mj is available here. I think I’ll give it a try.
I have battled pain for a decade. I made an all out effort to understand and manage the pain. The array of pharmaceuticals did not help it made things worse. Opioids do not work well for fibromyalgia. It wasn’t until i tried cannabis edibles that I found relief. I had severe jumping and twitching of the body due to nerve damage. It was extremely painful and the neurologist could find no answers. I have tried different combinations of cannabis and here is what works for me.
My super mocha.
1)Regular coffee,not decafe.
2)A Square of dark cannabis chocolate with A ratio of CBD and THC of 1:1.
3) 1/4 tsp green maeng Kratom.
4) whole milk or almond milk.
I sometimes have a hard boiled egg as an additional anti-inflammatory.
50 mg CBD capsule with no THC in it up to 3 x a day for both pain and anxiety.
I didn't know that eggs were antiinflammatory. Another reason my osteopath prescribed 2 eggs daily.
