We are not lazy and we are not putting on. It is a nervous system disease does faulty wiring in our nervous system system that makes pain levels of a normal person be felt by us 20 times that level of a normal person.
And when you have a day where you feel really a lot of pain that means you overdid it the day before so now you need to take a rest. It’s over the counter it’s either with pepper or garlic powder and that has helped but no medicines could I tolerate because of the side effects and then went to pain management classes and they told you that you had to do something and then stop and rest one person took him to act one hour one hour to do the dishes and then they had to rest so I’m learning to do a little bit and you rest do a little bit and you rest if you overdo it you’re gonna pay for it I said you never gonna when you gonna overdo it, but basically pace yourself do something and rest for a while
