I did my whole life and I believed it was related to flair ups but it turned out it was an allergy to SLS in toothpaste (it’s what makes products foam). I switched to sensodyne toothpaste which is SLS free and I rarely get them anymore

Yes, plenty. I have started to drink L-Lysine 1000mg twice per day. And so far nothing again. I drink them still 1year now.

I take L-Lysine when the corners of my mouth are sore and feel like they are torn. Never thought about using it for other stuff. So now I have to find the drinkable form because these horse pills are brutal!
